As we continue to expand, we are investing in digital and visual solutions that enhance both patient experience and internal operations.•Position Summary We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Front-End Web & Graphic Designer to support the development of web interfaces and visual assets across the organization. This role will be responsible for designing and maintaining user-friendly web experiences while producing high-quality marketing and operational materials using Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal candidate combines front-end development expertise with strong visual design skills, ensuring consistency in branding, usability, and overall user experience.•Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end web interfaces Collaborate with internal teams to translate business and marketing needs into functional designs Create and maintain website layouts, landing pages, and UI components Develop visually engaging assets for digital and print (flyers, brochures, presentations, internal materials) Ensure consistency with company branding across all platforms Optimize web applications for speed, usability, and cross-browser compatibility Work with developers and IT to integrate front-end components with backend systems Edit and produce graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Maintain and update existing websites and digital assets Support ongoing branding, marketing, and internal communication initiatives

Requirements:

Qualifications Required:

Experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience designing responsive and user-friendly web interfaces Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices Strong portfolio demonstrating both web and graphic design work

Preferred:

Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) Familiarity with basic backend integration or APIs Experience working in healthcare or multi-location organizations Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web performance optimization•Skills & Competencies Strong visual design and layout skills Ability to balance creativity with functionality Excellent attention to detail and brand consistency Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects Effective communication and collaboration skills•
