Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer / Web Designer / Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Berks County, PA . This is a full-time, in-office position with the potential for a hybrid schedule in the future . The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, web design, and digital marketing , and enjoy working on a variety of creative and marketing projects. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and excited to contribute ideas that help grow our brand and online presence.

Responsibilities:

Design graphics for digital and print marketing materials Assist with website design, updates, and maintenance Create marketing assets for social media, email campaigns, and advertising Support digital marketing initiatives including SEO, social media, and online campaigns Prepare files for print production when needed Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams on branding and promotional projects Assist with vinyl graphics production when necessary (training available)

Qualifications:

Experience with Adobe Illustrator (required) Experience with web design and website management Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms Strong design sense and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred (but not required): Experience with vinyl printing or vinyl graphic production Familiarity with additional Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) Basic understanding of SEO or digital advertising
