This is a hands-on role focused on building clean, user-friendly websites for home service companies. You'll be working within WordPress and Bricks Builder, using templates and proven layouts to create sites that are easy to navigate, visually consistent, and built to convert. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and refining websites, pays attention to detail, and understands how design impacts user experience and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

Build and design website pages using WordPress and Bricks Builder Customize templates for different home service businesses Improve user experience and overall site flow Ensure all pages are mobile-friendly and responsive Support conversion-focused elements such as forms, calls-to-action, and layout improvements Make updates and adjustments based on team feedback

Qualifications:

Experience working with WordPress Experience with Bricks Builder preferred Strong eye for layout, spacing, and usability Understanding of basic website conversion principles Detail-oriented and organized Ability to follow direction and complete tasks efficiently Preferred (not required): Experience working with home service companies Basic understanding of SEO structure (headers, page hierarchy, etc.)
