Web Designer (Remote - US)

Develop and maintain components of Digi's corporate website and digital platforms using modern web technologies. Build backend services and APIs that support web functionality, integrations, and data collection. Extend CMS and web platform capabilities through custom development and system integrations. Maintain clean, well-documented, and scalable code. Build and maintain integrations between the website and enterprise platforms including CRM systems, analytics platforms, marketing automation tools, and AI services. Develop automation workflows that reduce manual processes and improve digital platform reliability. Implement data collection and instrumentation that supports analytics and reporting. Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation. Help manage and improve the AI tool environment used by the digital team. Develop structured prompts, workflows, and documentation to ensure AI tools are used in a repeatable and controlled development process. Evaluate and test new AI tools that improve development efficiency. Monitor website performance and system integrations. Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to platform scalability and performance. Participate in structured testing and optimization initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Familiarity with REST APIs and backend development concepts Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools or generative AI platforms Experience using Git or other source control systems Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to document solutions and create structured development workflows Are recent college graduates in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Web Development Are early-career developers seeking real-world experience Are developers adapting their skills to AI-assisted development environments You enjoy solving problems in a structured, organized way and documenting solutions so they can be repeated and improved over time. Desired But Not Required Server-side development using technologies such as C#, .NET, or Node.js Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal Familiarity with SQL databases Exposure to automation or scripting for development workflows Experience integrating third-party APIs Hands-on experience building AI-assisted software development workflows Experience developing enterprise web platform integrations Opportunity to work with modern development tools in a global technology organization Exposure to Digi's IoT and connectivity technology platforms Mentorship from experienced engineering and digital platform leaders •Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
