Job Description
About the Role Mas Alpha Securities is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional individual to support our growing team across website development, digital assets, and investor communications. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical website experience with exceptional design and presentation skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our digital presence while ensuring investor-facing materials remain accurate, polished, and up to date. Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development & Management Build, maintain, and optimize company websites and landing pages. Implement website updates, new pages, forms, integrations, and functionality as needed. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure website content remains current and aligned with business objectives. Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to user experience, functionality, and design. Manage integrations with third-party platforms and software. Investor Deck & Presentation Support Update investor presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials on a daily basis. Incorporate feedback from leadership and investor meetings into presentation materials quickly and accurately. Ensure all presentations maintain brand consistency, professionalism, and attention to detail. Prepare customized decks for prospective investors, partners, and strategic meetings. Maintain version control and organization of all investor-facing documents. Qualifications Experience building and managing websites (WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, or similar platforms). Strong understanding of website development, user experience, and digital best practices. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor and ability to work with confidential information. Preferred Qualifications Experience in finance, investment management, real estate, or professional services. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website integrations. Experience creating investor presentations, pitch decks, or executive-level materials.
