This blended role blends marketing strategy, graphic design, and interior design coordination to deliver a cohesive brand experience — from the first time a customer sees a Celebration Homes ad to the moment they walk through our Design Studio to select finishes for their new home. The ideal candidate is a visual thinker with a sharp eye for design, strong graphic design skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for real estate, interiors, and storytelling. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Brentwood, TN. About the Role This position is responsible for the development, execution, and management of all marketing activities for Celebration Homes and its subsidiaries, while also leading the design experience for our customers through the Celebration Homes Design Studio. You'll work closely with the Design Studio Director, General Sales Manager, leadership team, purchasing team, and outside vendors to ensure both our brand and our homes reflect current trends, quality, and style. Marketing & Graphic Design Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and content to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Design and produce graphic assets across digital and print, including social media graphics, email campaigns, signage, brochures, flyers, design books, and event collateral — ensuring a consistent, polished brand look across every touchpoint. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content creation. Direct all social media initiatives, including planning, posting, and engagement. Coordinate photography and videography for homes, communities, and events. Coordinate special marketing signage including community, billboards, model homes, special events, and directionals. Plan, execute, and oversee all marketing and community events (breakfasts, lunches, grand openings, etc.). Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and enhance lead generation. Monitor and maintain the company website in conjunction with the General Sales Manager and website host, ensuring content is current and optimized. Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies. Design Studio Responsibilities Create visually engaging design books for market homes and presale new construction homes, leveraging graphic design skills to produce polished, on-brand presentations. Curate and maintain current, on-trend inventory in the showroom and catalogs, building and maintaining strong relationships with all vendors and reps. Work closely with the purchasing team on estimating and pricing Design Studio options. Any other responsibilities as needed at leadership's discretion. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Interior Design, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience. Proven experience in a marketing and/or design role, ideally within real estate, homebuilding, or a related industry. Strong AI skills for visualization and rendering purposes. Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio demonstrating brand-consistent work across print and digital. Proficiency with design and marketing software including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, Publisher, Adobe Creative Suite, and Mail Chimp. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including Google Ads, SEO best practices, and social media strategy. A strong sense of interior design and an eye for current trends in finishes, materials, and styling. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments and with outside vendors. A creative mindset paired with strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions. Highly organized with the ability to balance creative work, project timelines, and customer-facing responsibilities.
