GRAPHIC DESIGNER / MARKETING SPECIALIST MHM

Communities - Cleveland, TN (Located approximately 45 minutes from Chattanooga) MHM Communities is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Marketing Specialist to join our growing in-office marketing team in Cleveland, Tennessee. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating impactful marketing materials across print, digital, web, social media, and video platforms. We specialize in marketing and transforming 55+ manufactured home communities into beautiful resort-style neighborhoods throughout the Southeast. This role is ideal for someone with strong real estate marketing experience and a passion for creative storytelling, branding, and visual communication. Responsibilities Design high-quality marketing materials including brochures, postcards, flyers, signage, advertisements, presentations, social media graphics, and email campaigns Create and maintain branding across multiple communities and marketing initiatives Design and update websites using WordPress and Wix Assist with Facebook advertising campaigns and digital marketing efforts Edit and create short-form marketing videos and promotional content Collaborate with leadership and sales teams on marketing strategy and campaigns Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers and other vendors Organize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines Assist in developing creative concepts for new marketing initiatives Experiment with and incorporate AI tools into marketing and creative workflows Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design and marketing experience Real estate marketing experience strongly preferred Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and marketing work Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with: WordPress Wix Studio Facebook advertising Video editing and content creation (Adobe Premiere or similar) AI experience or willingness to learn and experiment with AI-assisted creative tools Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and marketing strategy Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work in-office and collaborate with a team
