Digital DesignerLocation:
Dallas, TX 75205 (Onsite 4 days per week)
Duration:
3‑month contract to hireWe are seeking a self‑managed, experienced Digital Designer to join our team on a contract‑to‑hire basis. This role is primarily onsite in Dallas, TX and requires a strong sense of ownership, collaboration, and brand discipline. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary digital designer, supporting corporate marketing initiatives and working closely with teams to deliver polished, effective digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary digital designer across marketing initiatives
  • Own end‑to‑end execution of digital projects from concept through delivery
  • Create email, web, and social content aligned with established corporate branding standards
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Design experiences that function smoothly and look polished across desktop and mobile platforms
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, incorporating feedback while knowing when to delegate effectively
  • Maintain strong ownership of timelines, deliverables, and project quality
