Front End Web Designer

About the Role We are seeking a talented Front-End Web Designer to join our team and help create modern, visually appealing websites for restaurants, bars, and upscale clubs. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a solid understanding of user experience, and the ability to translate ideas into clean, responsive, and engaging web interfaces. Key Responsibilities Design and build attractive, modern websites tailored to the hospitality industry Convert creative concepts into responsive front-end layouts Collaborate with internal team members on-site to define project requirements and visual direction Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness Create reusable design components, style guides, and design assets Maintain and update existing client websites as needed Stay current with design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies Preferred Skills & Experience Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles Experience working with Adobe applications, or similar design tools Ability to work within brand guidelines and create cohesive visual experiences Strong portfolio demonstrating web design capabilities Experience with WordPress or .NET is a plus , but not required Basic understanding of SEO-friendly design practices What We're Looking For Creative thinker with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for modern, clean, and intuitive design Interest in designing for restaurants, bars, and upscale venues What We Offer 100% employer-paid medical and dental insurance for employees AND their families Paid time off and holidays Professional growth opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment

Pay:

$60,874.12 - $73,310.77 per year
