This role is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing our company websites while ensuring an exceptional user experience across desktop and mobile devices. The ideal candidate has experience with modern web design, responsive development, SEO best practices, and content management systems. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by enhancing our online presence and supporting our marketing initiatives. Duties Design and maintain modern, responsive websites for Mint CRM and affiliated businesses. Develop visually appealing landing pages and website layouts. Ensure websites are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Update website content, graphics, images, and promotional materials. Improve website performance, speed, accessibility, and user experience. Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings. Work closely with management and the marketing team to develop new web content and features. Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements based on performance. Troubleshoot website issues and perform ongoing maintenance and updates. Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CRM platforms and digital marketing. Knowledge of website hosting, domain management, and website security. Experience creating graphics, banners, and marketing materials for websites. Basic knowledge of PHP or other web development languages is a plus.
