Job description We are excited to announce an internship opportunity for a Task Manager at HFB Technologies in St. George, Utah. We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled individual to join our team and gain valuable experience in maintaining and optimizing existing websites.

Job Description:

The Task Manager Intern will be responsible for overseeing and managing web design projects from conception to completion. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to delegate tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality web solutions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for communicating with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Delegating Tasks to

Developers:

Assign tasks to the development team based on project requirements and individual skill sets. Monitor progress and provide guidance to ensure project milestones are met.

Client Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to update them on project progress. Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, project goals, and requirements. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Discovery Call:

Conduct initial discovery calls with clients to gather project requirements and understand their vision. Document key insights and project scope for further planning and execution.

Communication Outreach:

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate meetings and discussions to align team efforts and client expectations.

Time Management:

Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed within the set deadlines. Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong Interpersonal Skills:

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Critical Thinking:

Analyze project challenges and propose effective solutions. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance project outcomes.
