POSITION SUMMARY JLG
Infrastructure & Program Management LLC is seeking a highly motivated and creative Web Developer & Graphic Designer to support a federal government communications and digital media contract in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The selected candidate will support strategic communications initiatives through website development, graphic design, multimedia content creation, and digital branding efforts. This position requires a strong combination of technical web development skills and creative graphic design expertise, along with the ability to operate in a fast-paced government contracting environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, maintain, and update web content and digital platforms Create visually compelling graphics, presentations, branding materials, and multimedia content Support website modernization and user experience improvements Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards Develop digital assets for social media, executive communications, and public outreach campaigns Collaborate with communications and program management teams to support strategic initiatives Perform quality assurance testing and content reviews Maintain consistency with federal branding and communication standards Assist with photography, videography, and multimedia editing as required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Communications, Information Technology, or related field Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience Experience supporting federal government or government contractor environments preferred Proficiency with the following tools and technologies: ◦ Adobe Creative Suite ◦
HTML / CSS
/ JavaScript ◦ WordPress or similar CMS platforms ◦ Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive web design Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting DoD or federal communications programs Video editing and multimedia production experience Social media campaign development and management experience SharePoint experience Active security clearance (if applicable)
Pay:
$108,000.00 - $112,000.00 per year
