Truss Design Manager Job Description We are looking for an individual that has proven Management experience leading a Truss Design Team. This well-established company needs an individual to mentor "up and coming" designers, as well as assist as needed in Design Activities. Leading Experienced Designers is a MUST , as well as having good communication skills to effectively keep projects progressing on time with remote Designers.

Mandatory Duties:

This position entails collaboration with Sales, Dispatch, Estimating, and Production Teams to ensure Designs are successful and properly delivered. Train and Coach designers to effectively produce Truss Designs. Manage Workflow and Communication within the Department, monitor performance and oversee daily work.
