This well-established company needs an individual to mentor "up and coming" designers, as well as assist as needed in Design Activities. Leading Experienced Designers is a MUST, as well as having good communication skills to effectively keep projects progressing on time with remote Designers.

Requirements:

Miket Software Experience is Mandatory Truss Design Experience is Mandatory Management of other Design Team Members is Mandatory

Duties:

This position entails collaboration with Sales, Dispatch, Estimating, and Production Teams to ensure Designs are successful and properly delivered. Train and Coach designers to effectively produce Truss Designs. Manage Workflow and Communication within the Department, monitor performance and oversee daily work.
