Caldwell Group Inc. is seeking a talented individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our company website and digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to create intuitive and visually appealing experiences that align with our business goals and meet the needs of our customers and prospects.Key Responsibilities:
Front -End Website Development :
Drive continuous improvement of website design and functionality using user feedback, industry best practices, and emerging trends. Works closely with (Back-End or Solutions) Developer to implement best practices for a full ecommerce website.Design and Prototyping :
Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts, ensuring smooth and intuitive user experiences. Follow offline brand standards while enhancing their performance for the online experience.Asset Management:
Be the conduit for our distributor partners to access product assets. Assist with the development of a CMS/PIM system to manage and share those assets.Research and Testing :
Conduct user and industry research, usability tests, and QA testing to inform and evaluate design solutions.Digital Marketing :
Develop, manage and report on performance of SEO strategies/search optimization, lead development efforts, and PPC campaigns.Email Campaigns :
Design engaging email campaigns using Mailchimp, assisting the email program owner to grow the email file through marketing automation.ERP/CRM/DAM
Integration :
Collaborate with developers, and marketing, sales, HR, and engineering teams to integrate CRM/ERP/DAM/recruitment systems and manage data for personalized user experiences.Performance Analysis :
Generate and analyze monthly reports on website performance metrics, user engagement, and conversion rates.What We're Looking For:
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience :
Minimum of 5 years as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in e-commerce or manufacturing.Skills :
Proficiency in web development technologies (.NET, Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma). Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design. Expertise in SEO best practices and tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
