This person will play a critical role in backend architecture, code quality, and mentorship—helping scale the team by freeing up current leads and elevating overall engineering standards. Typical Day to

Day:

• Participate in sprint cycles with hands-on coding and design (early sprint)
• Conduct PR reviews and enforce code quality standards (later sprint focus)
• Provide architectural guidance and evaluate tradeoffs (performance vs. functionality)
• Mentor engineers and provide feedback to improve overall team output
• Partner with team on discovery work, POCs, and new initiatives
