EAD, GC and Citizen About the Role We are seeking a motivated Junior Point Administrator & .NET Web Developer to join our team in San Jose, CA. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in .NET web development and Point administration who are looking to grow their technical skills in a collaborative environment. The selected candidate will support the development and maintenance of internal business applications used by Sales, Marketing, and Support teams while also assisting with Point administration and site management activities. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance internal web applications using C# and ASP.NET Create and optimize MS SQL queries, stored procedures, and database logic Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance problems Support ad-hoc development tasks and quick-turnaround requests Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices Manage Point site permissions and user access Assist with Point site configuration, document libraries, and lists Monitor Point site usage and support ongoing maintenance activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions Required Skills & Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in .NET web development Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and related Microsoft technologies Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server, including complex queries and performance tuning Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web technologies Experience supporting or managing Point environments Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Preferred Qualifications Experience with DevExpress and Point Knowledge of Point Framework (SPFx) Familiarity with React and Node.js Experience working with REST APIs Background developing internal business applications Nice to Have Exposure to Agile development methodologies Experience supporting enterprise-level applications Understanding of application security and performance optimization Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
