We are hiring a Microsoft .NET Web Programmer to join our company to provide law firms in California who practice workers' compensation law with new and innovative applications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, OR equivalent experience. Exceptional work experience can make up for a lack of educational experience. Must be a USA citizen, no H1B. The candidate will have knowledge and experience with the following tools, systems and concepts:

• Application Programming
• C#, .NET 3.5
• 10.0, LINQ, XML, WinForms, and Visual Studio 2017/2019/2022.
• Web Programming
• ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC 5, HTML/CSS, AJAX, Javascript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Telerik/Kendo UI.
• SQL Server
• DB design, creation, T-SQL, stored procedures, views, and performance optimization.
• Git software version control system.
• Standard Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies (SDLC).
• Microsoft Office 2003-2024 and Office Developer Tools.
• General Microsoft Windows 11 and Windows Server setup and configuration.

Job Responsibilities :

• Work closely with our programming team in India to insure seamless construction and modifications of our software applications.
• Assist in application development and implementation.
• Follow SDLC concepts, e.g. requirements, design, prototype, code, test, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot code and look to optimize functionality and user experience.
• Work with our clients to integrate changes and updates
• Provide problem-solving skills.
• Application programming derived from project requirements.
• Provide technical consulting and work cohesively with project team.
• Able to use AI/Claude for software development and assessment.
• Have the skills to do demonstrations of the software and applications
• Possess very good verbal skills to communicate effectively with clients and staff.

Web Site Development Manage, present designs, develop and assist in the full website process as well as doing company blogs and email advertisement. In other words, overall electronic advertising and website implementation.

Must be able to furnish references and samples of prior work. A C# web forms proficiency test will be administered prior to any offer of employment.
