Job Description

Role Responsible for developing referral relationships and generating admissions into a new PHP/IOP program serving mental health and substance use populations. This role includes both maintaining existing relationships and identifying new sources of referrals across Colorado. The position requires consistent outreach to providers and organizations that regularly encounter patients appropriate for PHP/IOP level of care. The individual in this role is expected to build a stable network of referral partners over time by establishing contact, maintaining communication, and ensuring referred patients are handled efficiently through the admissions process. Responsibilities Develop and maintain referral relationships across Colorado (detox, residential, hospitals, therapists, EAPs) Identify and initiate contact with new potential referral sources Generate and manage referrals for PHP/IOP level of care Coordinate with intake and clinical teams to facilitate admissions Follow up on referrals to ensure timely intake and placement Conduct outreach through calls, meetings, and in-person visits as needed Maintain accurate records of referral activity and admissions Requirements Prior experience in admissions or business development within behavioral health Experience in the Colorado substance use and/or mental health treatment space Understanding of levels of care (detox, residential, PHP, IOP, outpatient) Ability to manage referral relationships and produce admissions Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Existing referral relationships in Colorado Experience with virtual PHP/IOP programs Familiarity with PPO / out-of-network insurance models
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
