About the Role We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to support and modernize mission-critical systems within our IT ecosystem. This role operates in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, focusing on large-scale database systems , production support, and application transformation. What You'll Do Support business-driven enhancements and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment Provide 24/7 production support, including incident triage, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA) Drive technical transformation initiatives to modernize legacy applications Design and develop reporting solutions and external system interfaces Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance Contribute to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines , and automation initiatives Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field 5-7 years of experience in backend/database development Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL (packages, procedures, functions, triggers, views) Experience working with large-scale databases (200+ TB) Proven ability to optimize and tune complex SQL queries for high-performance systems Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting Preferred Qualifications Experience with Perl scripting and Java/J2EE development Exposure to telecom or billing systems Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Experience with workload automation tools (e.g., ESP or similar schedulers) Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern application architectures Experience with AI tools such as Copilot, Generative AI, or Agentic AI Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
