Lead Java Backend Developer Location:

Peoria (or) Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 2 3 days/week)

Contract/Full Time Required Qualifications:

Java Development:

10+ years designing and developing software applications in Java. AWS Expertise (3+ years): CloudFormation templates, ECS clusters, Lambda, Fargate, ElasticSearch, S3, IAM roles/policies.

Cloud Technologies:

AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform designing, deploying, and maintaining applications at scale.

Databases:

Relational (MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, ElasticSearch).

Architectural Patterns:

MVC, Microservices, Event-driven systems.

CI/CD Tools:

Jenkins, Azure DevOps.

Messaging/Streaming:

AWS SQS, SNS, Kinesis.

API Development:

RESTful APIs, Swagger, Postman, Assertible.

Testing:

TDD/BDD, Selenium, Cucumber, CI/CD pipeline integration. Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
