Now we're looking for a developer ready to step up and help take those systems to the next level. What Makes This Role Different High ownership: You'll work directly on core business systems-not side projects Real impact: Your code improves sales and operations immediately Growth path: This role is designed to grow into a senior/lead position Modernization focus: We're actively moving deeper into Azure and improving legacy tools Small, capable team: No bureaucracy-just smart people solving real problems What You'll Work On Enhance and expand our internal CRM and web applications Build new features used daily by sales, operations, and leadership Help migrate and optimize systems in Microsoft Azure Improve performance across applications and SQL Server databases Modernize legacy workflows (including Microsoft Access-based tools) Strengthen application security and reliability Solve real-world problems quickly with practical solutions-not overengineering Collaborate directly with stakeholders to turn ideas into working software What We're Looking For 2-5 years of experience in software or web development Solid experience with: C# / .NET SQL Server HTML, CSS, JavaScript Working knowledge of Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, or similar) Ability to troubleshoot, improve, and take ownership of existing systems Strong communication skills-you'll work closely with non-technical users Someone who enjoys building useful tools, not just writing code Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience modernizing legacy systems Experience with APIs or integrations Exposure to automation or AI-assisted development Compensation & Benefits $75K - $100K salary depending on experience Paid time off + holidays Opportunity for raises tied to performance and impact Long-term growth into senior/lead developer role Stable, locally owned company with consistent growth Location Requirement This is an in-office role at our Baton Rouge headquarters.
