Not Listed, MA Apply Description:
Responsible for working with platform owners, governance partners, and business stakeholders to understand business needs, design Power Platform solutions, and deliver practical, secure, and scalable outcomes using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor\'s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent hands-on experience. 3 to 5 years of experience building solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform. Experience delivering solutions through the full lifecycle, from intake and design through build, testing, and deployment.. Experience working in financial services or other regulated industries is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong hands-on development skills with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio. Ability to translate business requirements into low-code solutions. Experience assessing the impact of new requirements on existing Power Platform solutions. Ability to recommend appropriate scope and approach for small to mid-sized solutions. Ability to drive design discussions and solution reviews with business and technical stakeholders. Strong documentation and technical writing skills producing clear, usable deliverables. Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize work, and deliver across multiple initiatives. Ability to provide clear status updates and escalate risks or blockers when needed. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal partners to understand business needs and define solution requirements. Design, build, test, and deliver Power Platform solutions aligned to security, compliance, and governance expectations. Develop targeted automations, apps, agents, and dashboards that address defined business problems. Contribute to the design of intake, review, and vetting processes for Copilot Studio agent use cases. Support early-stage citizen developers through guidance, feedback, and best practices. Produce documentation and artifacts that enable long-term support and ownership. Perform related duties as needed to support successful delivery of the engagement.
Pay range:
