Job Description

We are looking for a Web Developer to support a contract engagement focused on refreshing two company websites for an apparel business. This onsite opportunity is based in Kannapolis, North Carolina, and offers a flexible, project-driven work environment where results and design quality matter most. The role is ideal for someone who can combine strong front-end development skills with a sharp eye for user experience, especially within apparel or consumer-facing digital environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Rebuild and enhance two separate company websites, creating modern, user-friendly experiences that align with brand goals.
  • Develop and update web pages using WordPress or another suitable platform based on project needs and technical fit.
  • Apply HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to improve site functionality, visual presentation, and responsive behavior across devices.
  • Translate design concepts into effective website features that support usability, navigation, and overall customer engagement.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather input, present progress, and refine website updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review existing site content and structure, then implement improvements that strengthen performance, appearance, and accessibility.
  • Manage project tasks independently in an onsite setting, keeping work organized and moving efficiently through completion.
  • Share samples of previous work and apply relevant design experience to deliver a strong digital presence for an apparel-focused business.
