React Engineer (W2 only)

Duration:

• Client is building a GenAI Discovery and Prototyping team to accelerate innovation and deliver next-generation user experiences powered by Generative AI.
• We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong front-end expertise to connect GenAI prototypes to intuitive, scalable user interfaces.
• This role requires proficiency in React and working knowledge of C#, enabling seamless integration between AI-driven prototypes and production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end applications that integrate GenAI prototypes into user-facing solutions.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and UX designers to define, design, and implement new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in React and C#.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across front-end and back-end integrations.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and share knowledge with team members.
• Continuously improve application performance, usability, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in React for building modern, responsive web applications.
• Working knowledge of C# for back-end integration and API handling.
• Experience collaborating in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate prototype concepts into production-ready user experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with GenAI tools, APIs, or frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Knowledge of design systems and UI/UX best practices.
• Background in rapid prototyping and iterative development.
