Job Description

Raleigh NC Requirements:
>> Hands-on experience as a PHP engineer providing production support, bug resolution, and performance optimization for web applications. >> Proficiency in monitoring, triaging, and resolving PHP application issues across production environments within defined SLAs. >> Familiarity with web application development lifecycle. >> Ability to diagnose and fix defects in PHP codebases, and deploy hotfixes with minimal downtime. >> Knowledge of tools such as Splunk and Tableau. >> Experience in root cause analysis, investigating recurring failures, documenting findings, and implementing permanent solutions. >> Ability to review PHP code for bugs, security vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks. >> Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries, as well as troubleshooting database-related application issues (MySQL PostgreSQL). >> Experience in debugging and supporting RESTful API integrations and third-party service connections. >> Strong documentation skills to maintain runbooks, incident logs, and known-error knowledge base.
