Stack Engineer to help build the next generation of our structured products trading platform. This is a hands?on engineering role with significant architectural influence, working directly with traders, quants, and senior technology leaders to deliver high?performance, resilient systems used across global markets. Role Overview You will take ownership of designing and implementing core backend services and the modern trading UI that supports them. This includes shaping technical direction, driving engineering best practices, and ensuring our systems meet the performance, reliability, and regulatory expectations of a top?tier financial institution. What You'll Do Build and maintain backend services in C# or Python, integrating with pricing engines, market?data feeds, and internal risk systems. Define architecture, document technical designs, and plan delivery of production?ready software. Serve as a senior technical contributor-writing code, reviewing designs, and guiding engineering decisions across the stack. Collaborate directly with traders, product managers, and quantitative teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. Drive cloud adoption and modern DevOps practices using AWS, Terraform, Docker, and automated CI/CD pipelines. Lead the design and development of a React + TypeScript front?end for structured products trading, ensuring intuitive, scalable user experiences. Contribute to long?term platform strategy, helping evolve our trading technology ecosystem. What You Bring 10+ years of backend engineering experience with C# or Python in high?stakes, production environments. 5+ years of hands?on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern state?management frameworks. Strong background designing distributed systems and deploying applications on AWS using infrastructure?as?code. Experience working within large, regulated financial institutions-investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, or trading firms. Deep understanding of SQL, data modeling, and high?volume transactional systems. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Strong interest in global markets, structured products, derivatives, and trading workflows.
