About Minuteman Press Minuteman Press International is the world's largest and #1 rated print, graphic design and marketing franchise, with over 1,000 locations and nearly half a billion dollars in system-wide gross sales. We build and operate the proprietary software that runs our franchise network — from customer-facing web properties to the desktop applications our owners rely on every day. The Role We're hiring an experienced web developer (5-7 years) to design, build, and maintain the web applications and services that connect our franchise network. You'll own features end-to-end, contribute to architectural decisions, and partner with our Senior Web Developer on the systems that move our business forward. This is not an entry-level seat. You should be comfortable shipping production code with limited oversight, debugging across the full stack, and improving systems you didn't originally write. What You'll Do Design, build, test, and maintain PHP/MySQL web applications and supporting services. Extend and document our custom API that bridges our proprietary desktop applications and web services Diagnose and resolve production issues.
