Job Description

SME Web Developer CPMG vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) United States, Pennsylvania, Mechanicsburg May 28, 2026 Overview Please note that this position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid. A leader in cutting-edge research and technology in the cyber arena, CPMG focuses on using business drivers to guide cybersecurity activities and manage risk. CPMG offers flexible, integrative solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) contractors, among others, and specializes in cybersecurity, information and operational technology, electronic security surveillance, and support services.
Summary:
The SME Web Developer serves as the senior technical authority for enterprise web development, application modernization, and web portfolio management initiatives.
Responsibilities Essential Job Functions:
Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise web applications, websites, and dynamic database-driven solutions. Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for multiple concurrent web application modules and enterprise initiatives. Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and content owners to gather, refine, and implement business and technical requirements. Architect scalable web solutions utilizing modern UI/UX principles, responsive design, accessibility standards, and secure coding practices. Oversee development and maintenance of Oracle database schemas, data models, and SQL scripts supporting enterprise web applications. Ensure all websites, applications, and prototypes comply with W3C, WCAG, Section 508, and organizational cybersecurity requirements.
Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
Expert knowledge of web application architecture, enterprise web technologies, and full-stack development methodologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience in web development, application development, or enterprise web architecture. Experience leading development teams or serving in a technical leadership role. Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-level web applications and websites. Experience with Oracle databases, SQL development, and data modeling. Each contractor employee must be a US citizen and have a favorably completed T3, T3R, or equivalent investigation to obtain a favorable determination for assignment. The investigation consists of a standard National Agency Check and an FBI fingerprint check plus law enforcement checks and credit check.
