Digital Website Producer Location:
Boston, MA (Hybrid)Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Hybrid schedule with onsite work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and remote work onTuesday and Thursday Duration:

A nationally recognized pediatric healthcare organization is seeking a Digital Website Producer to support its main website and microsites. This role will focus on managing and updating web content, supporting internal stakeholders, and ensuring a high-quality digital experience for patients and families. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a large-scale CMS environment, including a transition from Sitecore to Drupal.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute updates to website content and microsites Maintain content using CMS platforms (currently Sitecore, transitioning to Drupal) Partner with internal stakeholders to adapt content for target audiences Advise on web best practices, layout, and usability within existing templates Tag and optimize content to support performance tracking and KPIs Analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics Identify opportunities to improve user engagement and conversion Monitor website health, including resolving broken links and maintaining site structure Provide technical support to CMS users and assist with training during the transition to Drupal Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across the organizationQualifications:
Associate s degree or equivalent experience Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) Basic knowledge of HTML Familiarity with front-end JavaScript Understanding of SEO best practices and related tools (such as BrightEdge or similar) Experience with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Professional communication skills and ability to work with senior-level stakeholders Knowledge of user experience (UX), customer experience (CX), and information architecture (IA)Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Sitecore and/or Drupal Experience working in healthcare or large enterprise environmentsSimilar remote jobs
