About Linero Linero is building the operational infrastructure that ensures the world's most sensitive technologies reach the right hands, and never the wrong ones. Our customers include some of the most consequential companies in the world: leading AI labs, aerospace and defense primes, semiconductor giants, quantum computing pioneers, and companies pushing the frontier in chemicals, advanced manufacturing, and robotics. We are an AI-native, venture-backed company creating a new category of software at the intersection of national security, industrial infrastructure, and enterprise AI. The Role Linero's frontend is the control surface for a highly complex operational system: across fragmented workflows, sensitive data, and thousands of users. The people who use it span dozens of distinct personas, each with different workflows, different permissions, and different expectations of what a great product experience looks like. You will own the design and implementation of the interfaces that make this system usable: translating complexity into software that feels clear, fast, and precise. What You'll Own Build and maintain high-quality frontend interfaces across multiple distinct user personas and workflow types Translate complex product requirements and design specs into polished, performant, production-grade UI Work closely with backend engineers to integrate frontend components with underlying APIs and data systems Partner with the product designer to establish and maintain a coherent design system across the platform Ensure interfaces meet the performance, accessibility, and security standards expected by enterprise customers Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, component structure, state management, and scalability as the product grows What We're Looking For 4+ years of frontend engineering experience with a strong portfolio of production-grade work Deep proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript Strong eye for design and product quality Experience building complex, data-rich enterprise interfaces with multiple user roles and permission levels Familiarity with design systems and component libraries; experience building or maintaining one is a plus Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with high ownership and evolving requirements Based in or willing to relocate to New York City What We Offer Competitive compensation commensurate with experience Meaningful equity in a company at an early and critical stage of growth Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision The opportunity to build the product experience for a platform used in some of the world's most high-stakes enterprises Direct access to leadership and genuine influence over how Linero is built Equal Opportunity & Eligibility Linero is an equal opportunity employer.
