Job Description:

Hiring:

React Native Lead We are seeking a highly skilled React Native Lead to lead mobile application development initiatives for a growing enterprise team. This role requires both hands-on development expertise and strong technical leadership experience to drive the delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade mobile applications. Important Candidate Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with React Native development
Experience leading mobile application development teams
Expertise in building and deploying enterprise-grade mobile applications
Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns
Experience with mobile performance optimization and application lifecycle management
Experience integrating mobile applications with APIs and backend services
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable)
Agile/Scrum development experience preferred

Location:

Irving, TX (On-site)

Duration:

6 Months (Possibility of Extension)

USC and Green Card holders only Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of React Native mobile applications
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mobile development teams
Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile solutions
Collaborate with product owners, architects, backend teams, QA, and business stakeholders
Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
Drive application performance improvements, troubleshooting, and optimization initiatives
Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making
Ensure adherence to mobile development best practices and enterprise standards
Support Agile development processes and sprint-based delivery models Key Qualifications
8-10+ years of overall IT experience
Strong hands-on React Native development expertise
Proven experience leading mobile development teams
Experience building and deploying enterprise-scale mobile applications
Strong understanding of mobile architecture, performance tuning, and application lifecycle management
Experience integrating mobile applications with APIs and backend services
Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms is a plus
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Important Note
This is a 100% onsite role in Irving, TX
No remote or hybrid work arrangements available
Candidates must be able to relocate and start onsite within 2 weeks if not currently local Interested?
