Production Artist (Contract) Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.

Summary:

This position plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing web content quality through precise execution of updates within a content management system. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing SEO-driven improvements, migrating content to updated templates, and ensuring all web pages meet established standards for accessibility, performance, and user experience. Working in a collaborative remote environment, this individual will manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and consistency across all deliverables. The role requires a proactive approach to quality assurance and the ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional partners to clarify requirements and support ongoing website improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

Execute on-page updates based on SEO recommendations, including copy updates, metadata updates, and internal linking Perform quality assurance on new and updated pages, identifying and resolving issues where possible Migrate existing content to new templates as part of ongoing platform or design updates Apply updates in alignment with accessibility, performance, and content standards Collaborate with internal partners to clarify requirements and ensure accurate execution Review assigned tasks and execute updates in the CMS with precision and efficiency Perform light quality assurance checks before publishing content Manage multiple tasks and priorities independently based on project needs and business priorities

Requirements:

2 to 4 years of experience working with a content management system 2 or more years of experience implementing SEO updates, including metadata and internal linking 1 to 3 years of experience migrating or restructuring content within a CMS Demonstrated experience implementing updates to web content Proven track record working in fast-paced, collaborative environments Strong attention to detail and understanding of quality assurance processes Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote or asynchronous environment Basic understanding of web best practices, including SEO, accessibility, and performance Excellent organizational and time management capabilities Strong communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders Problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve content issues
