Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PMPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Software Engineer (React Developer) to join a cutting-edge GenAI Discovery and Prototyping team, focused on building user-facing applications that integrate advanced AI capabilities into practical business solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on front-end engineer who thrives at the intersection of UI development and emerging AI technologies.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in React and modern front-end development, along with working knowledge of C# and backend systems. This role will focus on connecting prototype AI models to intuitive user experiences while ensuring scalable, maintainable code quality.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront-End Development & Experience DesignDevelop responsive and scalable user interfaces using React.

Integrate GenAI prototypes into user-facing applications and workflows.

Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.

Application Development & IntegrationWork with backend systems, including C#, to connect APIs and services.

Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and enhancements.

Ensure high-quality, maintainable code through proper structuring and best practices.

Collaboration & Agile DeliveryWork within Agile teams to deliver features aligned to business goals.

Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing across engineering teams.

Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across front-end and application layers
