• Java will have the following responsibilities: Be the internal Backend architecture expert, driving standards.

Improve the quality of internal software by reshaping legacy areas. Own reliability and performance by identifying bugs & issues and improving the company UX with attainable outcomes Mentor junior engineers, leading by example and sharing best practice. Work with a variety of teams across the organization, mainly product & design to ensure requirements are clear and executed successfully Be a great communicator and collaborator, working with team members on code reviews and shared problem solving. This role will be across multiple time zones and it's a remote position, so being a clear and concise communicator is an absolute must!
