Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead
  • Full Stack to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern cloud-native applications in a hybrid role based in the Lake Mary, FL area.
This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a senior full stack engineer who enjoys staying hands-on while guiding technical direction, mentoring engineers, and partnering with product and business stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to lead a distributed engineering team across the U.S. and India, including full-time employees and contractors. You will help shape architecture, improve engineering standards, and deliver scalable, secure, production-ready applications using AWS, React, Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and modern DevOps practices. The environment is collaborative, team-oriented, and focused on building high-quality technology solutions that support business-critical insurance applications. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architecture, design, and development of full stack applications, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native systems.
  • Provide technical direction, mentorship, and code review support for a team of 8+ engineers across multiple locations.
  • Partner with product, operations, customers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable technology solutions.
  • Build responsive frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, relational databases, and AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Drive engineering best practices including automated testing, secure development, performance optimization, CI/CD, and production readiness. Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary: $150,000 to $175,000 per year.
  • Bonus:
    20% bonus based on company and individual performance.

    Hybrid in Lake Mary, FL.
  • Onsite requirement: Minimum 3 days per week onsite.
