Technical Lead

  • Minimum 3 Days In Office) A growing technology organization is seeking a seasoned Technical Lead
  • Full Stack to architect, build, and scale cloud-native applications while leading a distributed engineering team across the US and India. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in modern full stack environments and enjoys mentoring engineers, driving technical strategy, and building highly scalable applications. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $150,000
  • $175,000 20% annual bonus based on company and individual performance Hybrid schedule
  • minimum 3 days onsite in Lake Mary, FL Leadership opportunity managing a team of 8+ engineers across the US and India High-impact role reporting directly to Product Engineering leadership What You'll Do Collaborate with product teams, operations, and customers to define and develop product requirements Design, architect, and lead development of scalable full stack applications and APIs Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams Lead code reviews and maintain engineering best practices and development standards Develop modern, responsive React frontends and scalable backend services Optimize database design, performance, and complex relational data models Architect and maintain AWS cloud-native infrastructure Write and maintain automated unit and integration tests Partner cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, resilient software solutions Required Qualifications 12+ years of overall software engineering experience 4-5+ years of experience leading engineering or delivery teams Strong expertise in Java, Scala, or Kotlin Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and related technologies Hands-on frontend experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript Advanced SQL skills with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL Significant experience building and operating cloud-native applications on AWS Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, and code quality Preferred Qualifications Experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or other end-to-end testing frameworks Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Background supporting high-traffic production environments Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: https://www.
