Description Front-End Developer (6-Month Contract)

Nashville, TN (Hybrid/On-site)

Duration:

6 Months (Strong potential for extension) Role Overview We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Front-End Developer to join our team for a high-visibility, 6-month contract engagement. In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works. Key Responsibilities + Develop new user-facing features + Build reusable code and libraries for future use to ensure scalability across projects. + Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate wireframes into high-quality code. + Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. + Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability and troubleshoot complex issues. Technical Qualifications +

Experience:

3+ years of professional front-end development experience. +

Core Skills:

Expert-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). +

Frameworks:

Strong hands-on experience with React (preferred), Vue, or Angular. +

State Management:

Familiarity with Redux, Vuex, or similar libraries. +

Tools:

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. +

Design-to-Code:

Experience working with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD to extract assets and CSS. Requirements Preferred Qualifications + Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo integrations. + Knowledge of CSS pre-processors like

SASS/LESS.

+ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows and project management tools like Workfront. Contract Details +

6-month initial contract. +

Extension:

High potential for extension or conversion to permanent based on performance and project roadmap. +
