Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Specialist to design develop and optimize modern web experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AEMs modular architecture integration capabilities and workflow management with a focus on delivering scalable business-safe solutions. Please note, this role will not offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future

Years Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $130,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities Experience building modern, functional web experiences with Adobe Asset Manager Modular component structure and design Custom components vs core components Business safe content templates Experience fragments and content fragments Adobe target and Adobe analytics Potential integrations with AEM Assets and AEM Forms Familiarity with both headless and conventional CMS architecture patterns SPA vs HTL (traditional) vs hybrid options AEM SPA editor Adobe edge delivery services Understanding of Adobe's charge structure (content requests, overage fees, ect) Content request definitions Design and caching strategy to minimize CRs to backend Adobe dispatcher and CDN caching configuration Asset optimization, dynamic media, renditions Adobe CI/CD Cloud manager pipelines Lower environment strategy Adobe cloud debugging tools CMS content authoring workflows AEM workflow modeling, approvals chains, legal review Content authoring role separation and content tree controls Integrations with compliance and audit tools Content lifecycle management Search, Answer, and Graph engine optimization Page content and metadata strategy Integration with Site auditing tools like Semrush Qualifications
  • Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Asset Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS architecture patterns (headless traditional hybrid).
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Target Adobe Analytics and Adobe Edge Delivery Services.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Cloud Manager pipelines and CI-CD practices.
  • Expertise in workflow modeling compliance integration and content lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of caching strategies dispatcher configuration and asset optimization.
  • Experience with SEO and site auditing tools.
