The role This is a hands-on, architecture-heavy individual contributor role at the core of backend and systems infrastructure. You will design and build foundational systems from scratch, working directly under engineering leadership in a lean, high-output environment across globally distributed teams in the US and India. What you'll work on

• Designing and building critical systems from the ground up across security, data pipelines, and system-level infrastructure
• Data connectors, agents (Windows and Unix), vector serialization, and rules engines
• Scalability and performance architecture across complex backend modules
• Working across a high-ownership engineering culture where strong engineers shape technical direction What we're looking for
• 12-15+ years of strong software engineering experience
• A background that combines solutions architecture with deep, hands-on coding
• you design it and build it
• Go as a primary production language

• Exposure to products in security, data pipelines, or search
