Our Impact:
Our team is responsible for supporting the Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide. These duties include HTML coding, CMS maintenance, and testing new development releases. We work with government mandated and time-specific announcements. We evaluate and implement innovative new processes and technology to modernize the information and experience on the Guide.
Your Impact:
In this role, you will be an integral part of the Guide team and will be expected to: Work closely with digital strategy to understand the current and intended future state of the Guide Learn the ins and outs of our CMS and how we manage content Execute
HTML/CSS
coding assignments Collaborate with the team to test new development releases Provide ideas and innovative ways to transform and improve processes and user experience on the Guide Support the data and analytics practices for the product
Qualifications:
College Degree or equivalent experience 2-4 years of related experience Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to identify and resolve conflicts Solid verbal and written skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and work with staff at all levels and across divisions Experience with Oracle CMS preferred Keys to Success in this

FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt Freddie Mac offers a comprehensive total rewards package to include competitive compensation and market-leading benefit programs. Information on these benefit programs is available on our Careers site. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $74,000 - $112,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant. Freddie Mac makes homeownership and rental housing more accessible and affordable.
