Established relationships with local referral sources (PCPs, psychiatrists, hospitals, and discharge planners) within a 10-15 mile radius of our Euless facility (200 Westpark Way, Euless, TX)—including Euless, Bedford, Hurst, Grapevine, Colleyville, Irving, North Richland Hills, Southlake, and nearby Mid-Cities—are critical for success in this role.

Schedule:

Field-based role with travel across Texas (primarily Dallas and surrounding areas) Monday -

Friday:

8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Occasional evening networking or community events Flexible schedule based on outreach and relationship-building needs
