Job Description

This role is for a CMS Engineer focused on providing exceptional technical support in a collaborative environment. The engineer will work closely with clients to troubleshoot networking issues, specifically utilizing Cisco Meraki and Office 365, while ensuring top-tier customer service. This position emphasizes proactive communication and in-depth problem-solving skills, making a significant impact on client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Cisco Meraki networking solutions, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction. Troubleshoot and resolve Office 365 issues, assisting clients with their technical challenges efficiently. Deliver desktop support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues to maintain productivity. Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information for effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, Managed Service Provider environment to deliver high-quality service.
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience with Cisco Meraki, including configuration and troubleshooting in a professional setting. Proven support experience with Office 365, resolving issues and providing user assistance. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, applying them to real-world scenarios. Experience in desktop support, addressing technical issues for end-users effectively. Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on proactive customer engagement and service.
