In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing scalable web applications and high-performance, responsive websites. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers, to transform complex user requirements into clean, maintainable, and production-ready code. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical problem-solving abilities, a deep understanding of modern web architectures, and a commitment to writing semantic, accessible code that follows industry best practices.
Core Responsibilities Full-Lifecycle Web Development:
Design, develop, and deploy clean, well-structured, and efficient code for frontend and backend web applications. Responsive & Cross-Browser Optimization:
Build scalable interfaces that ensure seamless functionality and consistent visual design across mobile, tablet, and desktop viewports. API Development & Integration:
Implement, document, and maintain secure RESTful or GraphQL APIs and manage third-party software and service integrations. Database Management:
Structure and optimize database schemas and queries to ensure data integrity, security, and low-latency performance. Site Performance & Accessibility:
Monitor, diagnose, and resolve technical frontend bottlenecks to improve page speeds, optimize Core Web Vitals, and ensure ADA/WCAG
accessibility compliance. Collaboration & Quality Assurance:
Participate in code reviews, maintain version control workflows, and collaborate with QA engineers to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues prior to production deployment. Technical Skills & QualificationsRequired Core Technologies:
High proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and semantic web markup. Frameworks & Libraries:
Proven professional experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Vue, or Angular) or server-side environments (Node.js, PHP, or Python). Version Control:
Strong competence with Git and collaborative branching strategies within platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket. Databases:
Practical knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL alternatives (MongoDB). Testing & Debugging:
Experience using browser developer tools and automated testing frameworks to isolate and resolve software bugs. Preferred Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) architecture, headless CMS setups, and theme customization. Solid understanding of Technical SEO principles, including structured data schema, site architecture, and rendering optimization. Experience operating within an Agile/Scrum development methodology.
