Frontend Developer

Position Overview We is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Sr. Front-End Developer to join our Development Team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about design and technology to help us enhance our system with user-friendly interfaces that power HR and payroll solutions for thousands of businesses nationwide. You'll collaborate closely with our Head of Product and product managers to deliver intuitive, scalable web experiences across our solutions. You will be responsible for leading the development of user interfaces and web applications that improve and enrich the user experience. We're looking for a creative problem solver with an eye for detail who is comfortable working independently and in a team environment. Key Responsibilities Designing and implementing flawless, high-performance, and scalable front-end applications. Create reusable UI components and front-end infrastructure to accelerate product development. Collaborating closely with internal teams to successfully implement new features and improve existing ones. Ensuring code quality through rigorous testing and debugging. Participating in build reviews and offering helpful input to peers. Continuously learning and apply new technologies to improve our products. Helping with developing AI agents. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Design, or a related field Proven experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web tooling. Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience working from wireframes or mockups Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with backend services. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-based environment Nice to Have Experience with Figma or other modern design tools Experience in C# and .NET environments for integration Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) Understanding of REST APIs and JSON data handling. Experience with version control systems like P4V or Github. Knowledge of AI-driven design workflows or design automation Flutter experience for cross-platform app development Interest or prior exposure to HR technology or SaaS platforms IND1

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
