Description:
Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Shopify Developer to own the development, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of our Shopify storefront. This role will partner closely with design, marketing, and e-commerce teams to deliver high-performing, scalable, and user-friendly digital experiences. This is a hands-on role focused on customizing and extending the Shopify ecosystem to support business growth, merchandising strategies, and customer experience improvements. Responsibilities Strong knowledge of Liquid, Shopify's templating language. Experience with the Shopify Online Store 2.0 architecture, including Sections, JSON templates, and dynamic content blocks. Familiarity with Shopify APIs and the Storefront API for custom app or headless integrations. Comfort working with Shopify themes, including theme customizations, version control (Git), and theme deployment processes. Proficiency in front-end development (HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like Vue.js or React) for UI customization and performance optimization. Experience with Shopify Plus features such as Scripts, Launchpad, and Flow (if applicable). Proficiency with web site accessibility requirements. Four or more years Shopify experience Must be able to communicate well with design, marketing and other IT groups.
