North Little Rock, Arkansas Background :
The
NGPEC NEC
provides enterprise-level Information Technology, telecommunications, infrastructure, and Visual Information support to enable training and operational readiness for the Army National Guard across all states and territories. This contract supports mission-critical systems, classroom technologies, conferencing capabilities, and enterprise collaboration platforms used by staff, students, and leadership. All personnel will operate in a structured, performance-based environment with defined service level expectations, helpdesk ticketing workflows, and compliance with DoD cybersecurity and operational policies. Position Overview Responsible for administration, governance, and content management of the NGPEC Army 365 SharePoint environment supporting enterprise collaboration, training operations, and organizational communication.
Experience Level:
Senior (10+ years experience, MA/MS preferred) Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environment as a Site Collection Administrator Manage user permissions, access requests, and security compliance Create, update, and optimize site content, pages, and document libraries Implement site redesigns and enhancements based on stakeholder requirements Ensure content accuracy, usability, and alignment with organizational objectives Develop and deliver recurring reports on site usage, content strategy, and performance Support integration with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Respond to helpdesk tickets and user requests within required service timelines Required Skills SharePoint Online administration (Army 365 experience preferred) Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Power Platform, OneDrive) Web content management and UX/UI best practices Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills General Requirements Active SECRET clearance Compliance with DoD cybersecurity and training requirements (DoD 8140, Cyber Awareness, OPSEC, etc.) Ability to work on-site in a secure government environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to operate within a structured, ticket-driven support environment Commitment to meeting performance standards and service level requirements
