Job Description
Job Description We are seeking a versatile, high-energy Digital Marketing Specialist & Webmaster to join our growing US-based agency. This role is designed for a professional who can pivot seamlessly between creative copywriting, technical website management, and video production. This role is ideal for a proactive "full-stack" specialist who thrives on variety and is looking for a long-term home in a fast-paced agency environment.

You must have impeccable written and spoken English. In this role, you will be drafting emails to high-level US clients and proofreading work for the agency owner. If your English is not "native-level" or "near-native" (C2 Level), please do not apply.Key Responsibilities Web Management & E-Commerce Maintenance:
Perform routine updates and optimizations for client websites hosted on WordPress (utilizing Divi and Elementor) and Squarespace .E-Commerce:
Manage WooCommerce product listings, including descriptions, inventory updates, and basic troubleshooting.SEO:
Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, alt text, internal linking) to improve search visibility.Content Strategy & Copywriting Copywriting:
Draft high-converting, "American Business English" copy for social media captions, blog posts, and website updates.Social Media:
Manage the scheduling and publishing workflow across various platforms to ensure consistent engagement.Brand Voice:
Ensure every piece of content aligns with the specific tone and goals of each of our 10+ unique clients.Multimedia Production Video Editing:
Produce high-retention short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) using Adobe Premiere , focusing on clean cuts and engaging captions.Client Communications & AI Integration Proactive Support:
Monitor client emails, acknowledge requests immediately, and ask clarifying questions to ensure "first-time-right" delivery.AI-Enhanced Workflow:
Leverage Google Gemini Professional to brainstorm, draft, and streamline repetitive tasks.Note:
We value efficiency through AI, but require strict human oversight to ensure quality and brand accuracy.Job Requirements Technical Requirements English Mastery:
Native-level American Business English (written and verbal) is non-negotiable.The CMS Stack:
Advanced proficiency in WordPress (Divi/Elementor), Squarespace, and WooCommerce.Video Tech:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere.Reliability:
