Job Description ⚠️ Screening Questions Answering all screening questions is mandatory . English Requirement This role requires native or near-native American Business English (C2 level) — both written and spoken. You will communicate directly with US clients and proofread agency content. If you do not meet this standard, please do not apply. Availability Requirement This role requires you to work 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Cairo time, Monday through Friday , in alignment with US business hours. If you are not available during these hours, please do not apply. What You Will Be Doing Manage and maintain multiple WordPress websites simultaneously using InfiniteWP or a similar multi-site management system. Monitor site health, uptime, and performance across the client portfolio. Troubleshoot and resolve plugin conflicts, errors, and compatibility issues. Update and repair outdated WordPress themes, including custom theme programming where needed.
Perform speed optimization:
caching, image compression, database cleanup, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
Handle hosting-related tasks:
domain management, SSL certificates, DNS configuration, and server-side troubleshooting. Use AI tools and automation to streamline repetitive tasks, including plugin functionality and workflow automation. Collaborate with the account management team to address client website requests and issues. Document processes and contribute to the company SOP library. What We Are Looking For Required Proven experience managing multiple WordPress websites simultaneously. Strong knowledge of WordPress core, themes, and plugins. Experience with InfiniteWP, ManageWP, or a similar multi-site management platform. Ability to troubleshoot and fix plugin conflicts and theme errors independently. Proficiency in JavaScript and PHP for theme and plugin customization. Experience with GitHub for version control and code management. Strong grasp of website speed optimization techniques and tools. Comfortable using AI tools and agents to automate repetitive or technical tasks. Reliable internet connection and VPN capability for remote work. Job Requirements Nice to Have Experience with page builders such as Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery. Familiarity with Google Search Console and site indexing. Basic knowledge of SEO best practices as they relate to site structure and speed. Experience working with US-based clients or agencies. This Role Is NOT For You If You are a .NET developer or backend software engineer looking for application development work. You need to be told what to check — we need someone proactive who spots issues before they become problems. You are not comfortable managing multiple client sites at once under tight timelines.
