Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and tech-savvy Website Administrator to help manage and improve our online platforms, including ConcreteJobsHub.com and related web properties. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with WordPress, web apps, plugins, forms, automations, and AI tools. You do not need to be a software developer or server administrator, but you should be confident learning new platforms, troubleshooting issues, updating website content, and using technology to improve workflows. The right person is organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out. You should be able to take instructions, follow SOPs, use AI tools to move faster, and help keep our websites clean, updated, and functioning properly. Responsibilities Manage and update website content, pages, forms, plugins, and basic settings Work inside WordPress and other website platforms to make updates and improvements Help manage web apps, dashboards, directories, job boards, and online tools Review and publish job posts, company profiles, directory listings, and website content Use AI tools to help write, edit, organize, and improve content Test website forms, links, pages, automations, and user flows to make sure everything works properly Help connect and organize tools such as WordPress, Google Sheets, Airtable, CRM systems, form builders, and automation platforms Troubleshoot basic website issues and document problems clearly Research tools, plugins, and software options when needed Follow written SOPs, checklists, and task instructions Help improve the website experience for employers, contractors, and job seekers Keep website data, listings, and content organized and accurate Qualifications Experience using WordPress is required Comfortable working with web apps, website dashboards, plugins, forms, and online tools Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar tools to improve speed and quality of work Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good writing, editing, and organization skills Ability to troubleshoot basic website or software issues Comfortable learning new tools and documenting processes Familiarity with Google Sheets, Airtable, CRMs, Zapier, Make, or similar tools is a plus Basic SEO knowledge is a plus Experience with job boards, directories, contractor websites, or local service businesses is a plus We are looking for someone who is practical, organized, and capable of managing websites, web tools, content, and AI-assisted workflows.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
